At the heart of the expansion are 70 new Independent Living residences, each offering a spacious, open-concept floor plan that supports an active, on-the-go lifestyle. These homes range from 1,050 to 1,900 square feet, and future residents can select from one- or two-bedroom options, some featuring a den and expansive views. These new residences are fee-simple homes, allowing residents to maintain ownership and equity while enjoying the convenience and support of our Life Plan Community.

Updated Amenities To Enhance Every Aspect of Daily Living

This expansion also brings a host of enhanced amenities designed to enrich daily life. In addition to the new Independent Living residences, there will be:
