As a faith-based family of senior living communities, Presbyterian Homes serves seniors selflessly. Our status as a nonprofit senior living organization means revenue is reinvested in our communities for the benefit of residents, not paid out to outside stakeholders. And because we’ve been doing this for more than 100 years, you can be assured we are a stable, financially sound organization with experience you won’t find anywhere else.
A reputation for excellence.
We serve seniors; we don’t seek awards. Nevertheless, esteemed recognition helps you understand the strength, stability and quality you can expect at our communities.
Presbyterian Homes earned a credit rating of A- from FITCH and Standard & Poor’s. Out of approximately 2,000 senior living communities like Presbyterian Homes in the U.S., just 49 of those have an “A” category FITCH Rating.
In addition, we’re proud to hold the exclusive Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) seal of excellence, which we’ve received consistently since 1990. Only 300 senior living organizations nationwide, and only seven in Illinois, earn the CARF seal of excellence.
It’s important to note these achievements are a reflection of residents’ daily experience and our efforts to provide unique programs and services to all we serve.
