Resident Referral Program

If you are a current resident, you can invite friends and family to become your neighbors. For each referral you submit, we’ll make the phone call or introduction.
Then, you can enjoy the rewards. If your referral moves in, you’ll receive a $3,000 credit on your next monthly service fee.

Employee Rewards Resident Referral Program

Refer your friends and family to Westminster Place. If your referral moves in, you’ll receive a $1,000 reward once they’ve lived in the community for 30 days.

Realtor Referral Program

Many realtors know the benefits LifeCare provides their older clients, and Westminster Place is the perfect option to provide the lifestyle seniors desire along with the benefits assisted living and skilled care communities provide. Our direct admissions program is also available for those living outside our community who need support now. When you refer a client to Westminster Place, you could receive a $2,500 realtor referral reward once your client has lived with us for 30 days.

Faith leaders throughout Evanston, IL, and surrounding areas know the high level of support and care we offer residents. This is why they refer those they serve to Westminster Place. When you refer a resident, we’ll share the love by contributing $1,000 to the charity of your choice – whether that is your church or a worthy outreach ministry you serve.
