Coronavirus Updates

July 17, 2020

Westminster Place and Ten Twenty Grove currently have no active COVID-19 cases. The total number of cases identified to date is 16, all at Westminster Place, including one resident and 15 employees. All cases are now inactive. There have been no deaths.

On July 9 and 10, 2020 Westminster Place staff who work in healthcare were tested for COVID-19 according to our testing plan. We are pleased to report that all results received were negative.

Following the results of our testing in June we discussed next steps with the Evanston Department of Health and determined, based on our testing plan that we would test all direct care employees in McGaw and Foster, and employees in other departments who may have significant exposure to residents. We will now be reviewing these results with the Evanston Health Department to determine the time and scope of our next testing.

Westminster Place and Ten Twenty Grove continue to follow guidance for senior living communities as directed by CDC and IDPH. The safety of our residents and team members continues to be our utmost concern. We appreciate your partnership and thank you for your continued prayers, support and understanding.
