While they are leaders in other organizations, directors accept duties of care and loyalty to Presbyterian Homes.Each director serves on one or more committees.The Governance Committee ensures that the composition of the Board reflects the experience, expertise, and representation needed to fulfillits responsibilities and advance the mission of Presbyterian Homes.The Strategic Planning Committee develops a strategic plan; monitors progress against the plan; and recommends adjustments as needed. The Investment Committee oversees the investment of Presbyterian Homes Capital & Operating funds and the Geneva Foundations funds. The Audit Committee oversees the work of our independent auditors.This group monitors the integrity of our financial reports and ourcompliance with legal and ethical requirements.
