b'Youve probably heard the saying teamwork makes the dream work.Our dream is our mission: Presbyterian Homes, a faith-based not-for-profit,creating vibrant communities for older adults that inspire wellness, independence,joy, and securityenriching the lives of residents and their families. Now celebrating our 120th year, weve lived that mission every day through the phenomenal teamwork of leaders, staff, residents, families, and even external partners. Its obvious as you spend time in any of our communities people are interacting, engaging, and collaborating. Leaders are gathering with staff to ensure we consistently meet the extremely high standards we have established for ourselves. Staff are conferring with residents to gain valuable insights into their needs and wants. Residents are serving on committees and advisory councils to lend their unique expertise and perspectives. Other residents are teaming up on formal and informal plans that enrich their lives. No one is operating in a silo. As a result, we are achieving more collaboratively than we possibly could in anyother way.There are countless examples of how Presbyterian Homes is harnessing the power of collaboration.
